This info applies to my freelance services AND products.

  • NEEDLEGIRL PROVIDES 2D AND TEXT-BASED WORK ONLY!

    Graphic Design: Made for print and digital!

    • Logo, business cards and branded business materials

    • Posters/flyers, social media advertisements and promotional graphics

    • Personal projects (E.G., invitations, birthday cards, etc.)

    Photography:

    • Social media/business

    • Travel, lifestyle, etc.

    • Editing/retouching always included

  • ABOSLUTELY NO:

    • Gen AI/LLM usage

    • 3D design or animation/rendering services

    • Detailed drawings (I am not an illustrator! Please understand if I deny your entire project or parts of it! I want your dream to be fully realized and I know my limits)

    • Hate speech or bigotry

  • I DO NOT accept checks!

    A $50 USD is required as a deposit for any and all projects. This will be taken off of your total!

    Example: $150 USD total - $50 USD deposit = $100 USD final total upon completion.

  • Depending on your project, please allow 1-2 weeks minimum for completion.

    The earlier you approach a designer, the less stressed we both are.

  • Multiple revisions are included in your total price, typically around 3. Any additional revisions will add $10-20 USD to your total depending on the time taken.

    (I truly love creating graphics, so I try to ensure your vision can be completed before I feel the need to add additional fees. Please respect my time!)

  • I print my own products in-house, but for a small fee added to your total price, I will handle the printing of your business card or stickers as well!

    After you approve your design, I will act as a middlewoman and upload them to be printed by reputable printing companies that have much higher-quality tools and materials than I do.

    Depending on your budget and timeframe, the below is a list of companies I personally will pick from. (Didn’t purchase a package? Use these for your printing needs!)

  • The work on this site is created in and shipped from the sunny city of Orlando, Florida!

    At this time, all stickers and pins are made by myself in-house.

    Please allow 4-7 business days for processing times!

  • Due to limited resources and the ever-changing landscape of the USPS, all sales are final! Thank you for your understanding.
